Background

The client was looking to increase the number of appointments generated to their website.  They needed a digital strategy to capture customers as they were doing research online for different listings.

Strategy

We utilized a combination of retargeting, and behavioral targeting for those in the market for a home, length at residence and in the market for a mortgage. The goal of the campaign was to get the consumer to schedule an appointment.

Results

  • Delivered 807,374 ad impressions and 1,015 visits to their website;
  • Delivered a click-through rate of .13%;
  • Averaged about 70% new visitors to their website;
  • At least 119 scheduled a showing or created a “my portfolio account” after seeing the ads;
  • In total at least 126 conversions occurred that resulted in direct contact with an agent or information capture for future use.
