This client is a family-owned and operated business with 13 locations across Northern California. They offer a wide range of auto repair services using the highest quality sealants and glass, environmentally friendly “green” paint, and significantly quicker turnaround times than their competitors without compromising quality.
Strategy
Our strategy included running 6 separate Native ad campaigns broken up by geographic location. The main goal was to increase brand awareness through a mix of Native Keyword, Native Categories, and Native Retargeting. Categories used included those In-Market for Collision/Autobody Repair/Autobody Maintenance. Their ads highlighted their customer-focused values and wide variety of services.
Results
After serving a grand total of over 13.3 million impressions over the last calendar year, these 6 campaigns received overall Click Through Rate’s ranging from 0.88%-1.18% (12-17 times the national average) and received thousands of website conversions. An outside web developer stated that “overall there [was] a sizeable increase in traffic. Your success is miles off the charts compared to what my other clients typically see with branding campaigns.” Below is a chart of average monthly site-traffic acquisitions from the qtr. before the client ran their digital campaigns to after their campaigns began the next qtr.
Next Steps
