Human Resources Reports A 25% Lift In Job Applications

Security Guard Recruitment Company “Locks Up” Huge Win with A Digital Campaign!

Client

Security Company

Background

An HR Manager of a security company was looking to recruit very different demographics with their marketing: high school graduates, college students, and retirees. This locally owned and operated security company holds ongoing interviews to hire and train capable, trust-worthy professionals.

Strategy

The goal was to provide consistent recruitment with a digital campaign, have the ability to track the marketing channels that were working best for recruitment, and to increase the number of quality applications to the organization. After a thorough analysis of the client’s current online results, we implemented layers of targeted display ads using Display Ads to find those searching for jobs, and website Retargeting to convert those who sought out more information about the security role but didn’t fill out an application. We updated art to highlight different features of the job including flexible hours, the great pay, as well as highlighting the beginning of a new career path.

Results

A direct quote from the VP Human Resources:  "We have seen an uptick of about 25% for people applying for jobs. We are getting the retirees and students we wanted!" Per month this digital campaign gets hundreds of clicks and averages between 50-60 application conversions.
